Continuing from my last post as you can see being anonymous online is defined differently based on the perspectives people have. Allot of people may just be worried about advertisers tacking them, A simple extension such as Ad block Plus (blocks adds but does not necessarily stop advertiser from tracking you). However Ghostery and Do Not Track Plus, can certainly help with that.
I haven’t even touched the surface with this topic there is allot more in regards to this topic. I will be discussing more about this in due time.

As explained above, it is clear to see that there are different levels of anonymity and different circumstances users may wish to implement certain measures. But the main thing people need to realise is that you don’t have to have bad intentions for wanting to remain anonymous online. For many people it’s a matter of privacy and wanting to avoid spammers and scammers.
